• Intake and template alignment

You provide the national or donor template, indicator list, prior approved report, and any formal returns or reviewer notes from the last cycle. We schedule a 45-minute call to confirm submission date, internal circulation needs, and who signs off on figures.

  • Figure reconciliation

Before design work, we trace ward and district totals to source sheets. We send a gap list to your data staff — missing wards, label mismatches, percentage bases — and wait for confirmation or correction. This step prevents layout rework.

  • Structure and narrative draft

Tables and charts are built to ministry conventions: consistent decimal places, footnote numbering, chart titles that state the indicator and period. Variance sections explain what changed, why, and what the program will do next quarter — in language non-specialists use in meetings.

  • Internal circulation draft

You receive a PDF draft for your office and optionally district partners. We allow five business days for consolidated comments unless your calendar requires compression.

  • Revision and final delivery

One structured revision round is included. We deliver print-ready PDF, optional slide extract for briefing rooms, and a change log listing figure updates from draft to final.
