Depends on: number of indicators, ward breakdown depth, page count, whether executive summary and slide extract are included, and timeline compression.
- Standard quarterly report (15–25 indicators, one province): 28,000,000 – 42,000,000 VND
- Annual report with multiple program components: 55,000,000 – 85,000,000 VND
- Rush delivery (less than four weeks): +20% on base quote

KPI framework consultation

Three-week engagement with annotated framework deliverable and one staff workshop. Complex multi-donor programs may exceed this range.
Report audit

Written findings memo for a single draft or prior-cycle report. Does not include full redesign — corrections list only.
Manager reporting workshop
6,500,000 VND per half-day session
On-site in Binh Duong or Ho Chi Minh City, or remote via your video system. Up to 20 participants. Handout materials included.
