By accessing system-workline.click or engaging System Workline Co., Ltd. ("System Workline," "we," "us") for performance reporting, consultation, audit, or workshop services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services described
System Workline provides professional services including performance report design and production, KPI framework consultation, report audits, and manager reporting workshops for public sector and donor-funded program offices. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written engagement letter or contract separate from these Terms.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for misleading reuse, or misrepresent your affiliation with System Workline.
4. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by System Workline or used under license. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as specified in your contract. Source templates and data you provide remain your property. We may retain internal working files for quality assurance unless your contract prohibits it.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accuracy of data you supply, timely responses to reconciliation requests, and obtaining internal approvals before submission to ministries or donors. Our deliverables support your reporting process; final submission decisions and sign-off remain your responsibility.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement. Payment terms are stated in your contract. Late payment may delay delivery. Pricing on the website is guidance only and not a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, System Workline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including ministry or donor rejection of reports where underlying data was inaccurate or approvals were not obtained. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
